Concertina wire, also named scraper barbed wire which is a new safety products used for defending and insulating .It is stroke out by armor plate, attached in the steel wire. And installed in its natural form. Between the two razors of Concertina razor barbed wire netting , there are stainless steel plate and galvanized plate nipped together. 2. Flat concertina wire is a new form, it calm the single loop razor wire netting into board. Or intercross use two single razor wire netting. It also can be used together with beeline razor wire netting, composing a defending wall of beeline under the flat. Or use the flat razor wire netting as the defending wall.
